Picotest M3522A is a laboratory multimeter with a 4.3" digital display and current measurement up to 10A. Thanks to the multimeter's 6.5-digit resolution, it is possible to accurately measure set values of voltage, current, frequency, capacitance or temperature. The device belongs to the M352XA series of digital multimeters - other models in the series are M3520A and M5321A. Proposed by Picotest, the series of desktop laboratory instruments enables quick work thanks to an easy-to-use graphical user interface, temperature measurement capability, quick function configuration and a wide range of measurement options. The TRMS (TrueRMS) function offers a full range of measurement capabilities with higher levels of accuracy, speed and resolution. An important feature of these multifunction meters is that they are ready for operation very quickly after startup. The Picotest M352XA stationary laboratory meters start up in 2 seconds, a significant competitive advantage over other offered meters on the market, which have a standard turn-on time of 30 seconds.

Feature presentation

Fast readiness

The M352XA series features fast startup, taking 2 seconds. This means that you can start measurements immediately, unlike typical digital multimeters that need 30 seconds or for power-up.

3-channel DCV measurement

Users can measure three DCV voltage sources simultaneously. Input HI, Sense HI and Sense LO modules can measure 1000V, 12V and 12V, respectively. Their grounds must be connected to the LO input. The display can then be set to multi-channel mode using the programming buttons. Display

Not only does the display have large, easy-to-read digits, but it can also be changed to dual display, 3-channel DCV mode, or switched to real-time graph or histogram display. The multilingual system supports English, Russian, Japanese or simple/traditional Chinese. A printout of the screen can be captured and saved to an external USB drive connected to the front panel USB connector by pressing the "DISPLAY" button for two seconds.

The M3522A meter supports three types of temperature measurement:
RTD: PT100, D100, F100, PT385, PT3916,SPRTD, and RTD_USER
Thermistor: 2252 OHM, 5kOHM, 10kOHM, and NTC_USER
Thermocouple: B, C, E, J, K, N, R, S, T

The M352XA series' data processing speed and memory are superior to competing models:

M3520A: Speed of 300 reads/s, memory of 1K reads;
M3521A: Speed of 10K reads/s, memory of 1.5M reads;
M3522A: Speed of 100K reads/sec, memory of 7.5M reads.
