Lutron DT2259 is an optical tachometer with strobe. The device allows measurements on the following ranges: from 100 FPM (flash per minute) to 100,000 FPM - stroboscope; from 0.5 rpm to 100,000 rpm - tachometer.
Key features
Combination of optical tachometer and strobe lamp in a single device.
Microprocessor-based internal circuit provides maximum possible accuracy, wide measurement range and digital readout of results;
Stroboscope: wide range of flash frequencies from 100 FPM (flash per minute) to 100,000 FPM; digital readout with high accuracy; modern, durable and maintenance-free solid-state light source;
Optical tachometer: non-contact speed measurement from 0.5 to 100,000 RPM (with 0.1RPM resolution for speeds <1000 RPM). Memory for current, maximum and minimum measurement values. Contrast digital LCD display allows easy and accurate reading of measurement results;
Particularly suitable for controlling and measuring the rotational speed of any rotating equipment: motors, fans, centrifuges, pumps, etc;
Widely used in industry (quality control of products and health and safety conditions), research laboratories and education to demonstrate the stroboscopic phenomenon;
Designed to work in harsh conditions due to the use of high-quality components and impact-resistant ABS housing. Ergonomic housing guarantees comfort during work.
