The 6632 has as many as 6 frequency options (from 10 Hz to 1/3/5/10/20/30 MHz). The equivalent circuit analysis function supports 7 different model parameters (three-element and four-element), allowing the user to create frequency-dependent impedance characteristics. Built-in DC-Bias voltage (±12V), optional DC-Bias voltage/current 0-40V/±100mA. Supports RS-232, GPIB, LAN, USB Host/Device, PC communication software (improves test execution performance).
