The X-band Pulsed Power Amplifier Series can adapt to 8.9-9.6 GHz, 9.2-9.6 GHz, 8.9-9.5 GHz, 9-10GHz frequency range and offering pulsed width up to 200us with duty cycle up to 15%. This gallium nitride (GaN) based Series is ideal for high power pulse applications or Radar system.
