Largest memory depth in the industry

The Logic Cube Pro logic analyzer, introduced, has the largest available memory depth of up to 256 Mbit per channel. In channel folding mode, the memory depth per channel can be up to 1Gb, with a total memory depth of up to 8Gb.

Exclusive, self-defined bus

Targeting undefined data, Logic Cube Pro can easily and quickly analyze data after defining its name. What's more, the device significantly reduces product development time and is ideal for decoding, debugging with special SPEC in a variety of scenarios.

Long-term recording without data loss

The Logic Cube Pro logic state analyzer records and saves all signals directly to a computer for analysis and debugging - all in one step.

Mixed signal oscilloscope (MSO)

Logic Cube Pro has the ability to measure digital/hybrid signals and check data packets at the same time while enjoying the advantages of a compact size LA PC.

Ultra-high sampling rate

The internal sampling rate (Timing, Asynchronous) can reach up to 2 GHz, while the external sampling rate (State, Synchronous) can reach up to 250 MHz.

Protocol Analyzer (PA)

Logic Cube Pro selects a target protocol, immediately decodes the data and displays it in a list. It has a long-term recording function and sets a trigger condition to accurately detect the target value.

Pattern Generator (PG)

The logic state analyzer supports major buses including I2C, SPI, UART, CAN to generate various patterns. It can trigger an object to be measured and verify the response messages from that object.

Customized BUS digital bus software

With customized BUS software, Logic Cube Pro provides a decoding option to quickly analyze the
problems associated with the various signals that may be present in the various industries using the logic state analyzer.
