Product Overview

The ARB Rider AWG5000 is the world's fastest 16-bit arbitrary waveform generator. This is evidenced by its real-time update rate of 6.16 GS/s (12.32 GS/s in RF mode) and 16-bit vertical resolution. Available in 2, 4 or 8 channel models, the ARB Rider AWG5000 achieves up to 2 GHz of waveform frequency. With Simple Rider software, the AWG5000 offers best-in-class performance and an extremely easy-to-use interface.

With a bandwidth of 2 GHz, an output range of up to 5 Vpp and a memory depth of up to 4 Gsa, the AWG5000 is an ideal choice for physics experiments and tests, quantum computers and aerospace and defense applications.

With its integrated up-conversion function (RF MODE), signals up to 6 GHz can be generated. The AWG5000 is also extremely competitive in analog performance: a fast rise time of 110ps can be achieved with a maximum amplitude of 5Vpp

The option of up to 32 digital channels combined with 2, 4 or 8 analog channels makes the AWG5000 a fully functional mix signal generator. It is now possible to generate up to 8 analog signals fully synchronized with 32 digital lines (in LVTTL or LVDS standard).

A dedicated synchronization bus inside the chassis, allows synchronization of multiple instruments up to 4 units: 32 analog and 128 digital channels to the world's most powerful mixed-signal generator.
