Product Overview

The SHS1000X series of portable oscilloscopes uses full isolation between the two oscilloscope channels, one multimeter channel, power supply and host/device USB port, including 200 MHz and 100 MHz models. A single ADC with a maximum sampling rate of 1 GSa/s and a single memory module with a storage depth of 12 Mpts. When two channels are enabled, each channel has a sampling rate of 500 MSa/s and a standard write length of 6 Mpts. When only one channel is enabled, the maximum sampling rate is 1 GSa/s and the maximum record length is 12 Mpts. Full isolation makes the instrument ideal for laboratory and floating signal measurements, as it reduces the risk of accidental short circuits. The SHS1000X series enables bus decoding, which was not possible with the SHS1000 series that preceded it. In addition, the oscilloscopes feature a higher resolution 5.6-inch display (640 * 480) and a more modern housing and innovative interface.

Portable and easy to use

The size of the front panel is smaller than an A4 sheet - reducing the overall size of the unit.

The frame supporting the back panel allows it to be placed vertically, and the side nylon handles

are comfortable to hold in hand. A standard shoulder bag can hold the oscilloscope simultaneously,

probe and other accessories, making transportation much easier.

Higher level of protection and more durable battery

The portable oscilloscope features a rechargeable 6900 mA high-capacity lithium battery.

The device is also UL certified. Thanks to the high-capacity battery, it is possible to operate for up to 5.5 hours without recharging,

which significantly improves safety and battery life. The battery can be charged in the cabin or it can be removed

and charge with an external charger. The included carrying case has plenty of space for the oscilloscope, probes and other accessories.

The SHS800X series oscilloscope is perfect for field work and business travel.

Full channel isolation

The IEC61010-2-030 standard defines measurement categories that evaluate the ability of measuring instruments to withstand short-term transient overvoltages beyond the operating voltage. For the SHS1000X series, the maximum input voltage to the analog inputs is CAT III 600 Vrms, CAT II 1000 Vrms, and the maximum input voltage to the multimeter is CAT III 600 Vrms, CAT II 1000 Vrms. The SHS1000X series features full isolation between the two channels of the oscilloscope, one channel of the multimeter, the power supply and the host/device USB port. Full isolation makes it ideal for lab measurements and floating signal measurements, as it reduces the risk of accidental short circuits.

The device comes with a sleek dedicated carrying case that will make it easy to transport safely and conveniently.

In addition to the device, the bag will also hold probes and other accessories useful when using the SHS800X oscilloscope.
