Rigol DG1062Z 60MHz arbitrary generator

The DG1000Z is a multifunctional signal generator that integrates a function generator, arbitrary waveform generator, noise generator, pulse generator, harmonic generator, analog/digital modulator, frequency meter and other functions.

SiFi technology

RIGOL's innovative Sifi technology can generate any point-by-point waveform,

undistorted restoring signal or accurate and adjustable sampling frequency.

It also reduces the jitter of the signal generated by a traditional DDS signal source.

The jitter value can be as high as 200ps.

Built-in 160 arbitrary waveforms

RIGOL's waveform generators include many popular customized

waveform types. The DG1000Z continues this trend, incorporating more than 160 different

signal waveforms, all of which are available from the front-panel selection menu.

Sweep function and burst mode

Supports scanning output from low frequency to high frequency

Or from high frequency to low frequency. Scanning types: linear,

logarithmic and stepped. Ability to set the "mark" frequency to meet the needs of the

test applications with higher frequency amplitude. Burst mode function provides

N-cycle and infinite three types of pulse trains.

Multiple analog and digital modulations

Modulation types include AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK and PWM. They also support internal

and external modulation sources to meet the needs of teaching or testing

communication systems.

Waveform overlay and channel tracking

Function allows overlaying a specific frequency and percentage waveform

amplitude on the fundamental waveform. When the channel tracking function is enabled,

all parameters of the dual channel can be updated simultaneously

according to the user's configuration.

Built-in 7-bit frequency meter

The device has a measurement function with a 7-bit frequency meter,

which can measure frequency, period, duty cycle, positive pulse width,

negative pulse width and other parameters of the external input signal.

It also supports statistics of measurement results. The frequency meter can operate

simultaneously with a two-channel output.
