Product Overview

FG6020SD is a dynamometer for measuring compressive and tensile force that supports SD card for easier export of data to a computer program (EXCEL) for further analysis. The device allows measurement in three units: kg/lb/N. With the PEAK HOLD function, the user can maintain the display of the maximum measurement value.

  • Data recording mode: normal or peak hold;
  • Normal recording mode: set sampling time from 1 second to 8 hours;
  • Peak recording mode: sampling time setting from 10 ms to 500 ms;
  • Memory capacity for normal recording mode: 1 GB to 16 GB;
  • Memory capacity for peak recording mode: 1000 data (max);
  • In PEAK HOLD recording mode, if the "DATA RECORD" function is executed, the memory chip will store a maximum of 1,000 measurement data on the SD card at a fast sampling time (10ms - 500ms);
  • In normal write mode, if the "DATA RECORD" function is executed, the measurement data will be written along with the real time value (Year/Month/Date/Hour/Minute/Second) to the SD card at normal sampling time (1 second to 8 hours);
  • Once the data is saved on the SD card, it can be loaded directly into Excel - additional software is not necessary. The user can further analyze the data;
  • Large LCD display with backlighting;
  • Load capacity: 20 kg, wide capacity, high resolution, high accuracy, high repeatability;
