The TBCP3-1000 is a fixed-aperture RF current monitoring probe. It features a very flat response with a 3dB bandwidth of 1 GHz and can be used in the frequency range from 30 kHz to 1 GHz.
The aperture of the RF current monitoring probe is 17 mm. Its impedance response is close to 20 dB Ohm in the range from 3 MHz to 1 GHz.
Tekbox also offers calibration instrumentation corresponding to the TBCP3 series of fixed aperture current probes.

Calibration handles
TBCP1_CAL, TBCP2_CAL, TBCP3_CAL and TBCP4_CAL are calibration holders corresponding to the TBCP1, TBCP2, TBCP3 and TBCP4 series of RF current probes. - See the "Models to choose from" list.
The RF current probe calibration fixture is used in conjunction with a vector network analyzer
or a spectrum analyzer equipped with a tracking generator to measure the transfer impedance of RF current probes.
Each Tekbox RF probe is supplied with a corresponding calibration sheet containing frequency-dependent transfer impedance values. Therefore, there is no need to purchase calibration instrumentation along with the probe. The calibration fixture can be used for periodic inspection of the probes or to check the condition in case the probe has fallen and there is a suspicion that its ferrite core may have been damaged.
