The Tekbox TBCP-1 probes are a series of three current probes with a fixed aperture of 25 mm. Available models:
TBCP1-200 RF current probe
The 3dB bandwidth of the probe is approximately 200 MHz. The aperture of the RF current probe is 25 mm. The frequency response impedance is > 14 dB Ohm from 40 kHz to 200 MHz.
TBCP1-250 RF current probe.
The probe has a very flat characteristic with a 3dB frequency response of 250 MHz, it will be perfect for the frequency range from 30 kHz to 250 MHz. The aperture of the RF current monitoring probe is 25 mm. Its frequency response impedance is > 16 dB Ohm in the range from 300 kHz to 250 MHz.
TBCP1-500 RF probe for current measurement
The probe has a very flat characteristic with a 3dB frequency response of 500 MHz, is characterized and suitable for use in the frequency range from 30 kHz to 500 MHz. The aperture of the RF probe for current monitoring is 25 mm. Its frequency response impedance is > 15 dB Ohm in the range from 300 kHz to 500 MHz.
Tekbox also supplies calibration instrumentation corresponding to the TBCP1 current probe series.
TBCP1-200
TBCP1-250
TBCP1-500
Calibration handles
TBCP1_CAL, TBCP2_CAL, TBCP3_CAL and TBCP4_CAL are calibration holders corresponding to the TBCP1, TBCP2, TBCP3 and TBCP4 series of RF current probes. - See the "Models to choose from" list.
The RF current probe calibration fixture is used in conjunction with a vector network analyzer
or a spectrum analyzer equipped with a tracking generator to measure the transfer impedance of RF current probes.
Each Tekbox RF probe is supplied with a corresponding calibration sheet containing frequency-dependent transfer impedance values. Therefore, there is no need to purchase calibration instrumentation along with the probe. The calibration fixture can be used for periodic inspection of the probes or to check the condition in case the probe has fallen and there is a suspicion that its ferrite core may have been damaged.
