  • Flexible operating modes: CC (constant current), CR (constant resistance), CP (constant power), CV (constant voltage)

  • Ability to simulate dynamic load changes at frequencies up to 20 kHz. Programming of load levels and their durations, as well as rise and fall times of the waveform
  • EPROM memory allowing storage of up to 100 test sequences
  • Low input resistance allows large currents to flow with little voltage increase (63123A: 0.6V@70A)
  • Go / Not go test for selected parameters with Hight / Low limits
  • Test mode for overcurrent protection in power supplies

  • Timing functions - measuring the discharge time of batteries, supercapacitor to a certain voltage level

  • Short-circuit tests of devices
  • V sense input for measuring voltage directly on the device under test
  • Self-test after power on
  • Sixteen-bit precision measurement of voltage and current in two ranges
  • Full protection: OCP (overcurrent), OPP (overload), OTP (temperature) and OV alarm (overvoltage alarm)
  • Digital control inputs/outputs
  • Digital interfaces: RS-232, GPIB (optional), USB (optional)

For models 63110A, 63113A, 63115A

Features:

  • Unique test mode for power supplies for LED light sources
  • Ability to simulate the load of different types of diodes and diodes connected in series (software adjustable dynamic resistance Rd and conduction voltage Vf)

  • Fast load response allows testing of brightness control by pulse width method (PWM)
  • Programmable internal resistance to simulate LED current ripple
