The MSO/DS2000A series of digital oscilloscopes are versatile digital oscilloscopes with bandwidths from 100MHz to 300MHz and sampling rates up to 2GSa/s. These oscilloscopes have deep memory and high speed waveform capture.

ACCESSORIES AND OPTIONS


AT-DS2000 Advanced Trigger Option - additionally allows the following trigger modes: Windows, Nth Edge, HDTV, Delay, TimeOut, Duration and USB.

CAN-DS2000A The option allows the oscilloscope to be triggered by the CAN bus signal, and also enables its analysis and decoding.

MEM-DS2000 Memory expansion option of up to 54 Mpct.

RM-DS-2000 Mounting kit - is used to mount the oscilloscope in measurement cabinets (19" RACK).

SD-DS2000 The option adds new functionality to the oscilloscope to analyze and decode RS232, I2C, SPI buses.
