NDN Calibration Laboratory with accreditation!

In July 2022, our Calibration Laboratory received accreditation with the number AP 209 granted by the Polish Center for Accreditation (PCA) under the EA MLA international agreement. Thus, the Laboratory confirmed compliance with the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025 "General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories" in the field of calibration of electrical quantities.

The KL-920 kit is equipped with high-speed MCUs and DSPs and high-flexibility FPGAs, giving students more opportunities to build circuits and observe digital data signals of each transmission stage.The kit supports the study of a variety of telecommunications concepts, including: ASK / FSK transmi-sion in the ISM band of radio communication, FEC coding techniques (block and splice code), digital data formatting (preamble, ID, FEC and CRC), Manchester coding, SONET transport frame (STS-1 and STM-1), TDMA, PCM, TDM, DSSS and CDMA modulation, digital filters, etc.

Characteristics

  • Complete digital transmission data format including start bit, preamble, identifier, FEC encoded data, CRC encoding and stop bit.
  • All digital transmission data are encoded with Manchester code before transmission by ASK or FSK modulator.
  • Programming of data, modulation rate, preamble, ID and noise with DIP switches.
  • FEC coding, CRC mechanism and Manchester coding can be applied or ignored before ISM wire-free transmission.
  • Transmit and receive 3 sets of acoustic signals in TDMA ka-nal via STS-1 and STM-1 frames.
  • Two-channel TDM transmission of PCM modulated audio signals or via a compander with A-Law/μ-Law characteristics.
